All orders will be shipped via UPS within 2-3 days, once your order has been started. Turnaround time does not include weekends. Ground shipping can take up to 5 Business Days to deliver depending on your location in relation to where we are located (Chino, California).

Shipping delays happen, and while we will work with you to get your package as quickly as possible, once we ship it we have very little control.

We accept NO RETURNS and can offer NO REFUNDS on our custom products once the orders are approved and printe by the customer.

We do not offer ANY refunds for design work. Once design work has
begun there will be NO refunds.
